1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Backroom Box you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Permitted Use

Backroom Box is provided for lawful whistleblowing, anonymous document submission, and secure ephemeral file sharing. You may not use it to submit illegal content, material that violates third-party rights, or content designed to harm others.

3. Content Policy

Submissions containing CSAM or other explicitly illegal content will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities. All submissions are subject to automated moderation.

4. No Warranty

The platform is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Backroom Box is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
